The developers of The Settlement at Willow Grove have applied for a permit to build a fourth mixed-use building in the traditional neighborhood development, which will include commercial space and 12 condominiums.

The building at 8211 Village Plaza Court will have 7,000 square feet of commercial space and two floors of condos on top of it, said Willow Grove developer Richard Carmouche. There will be space for three or four retail tenants.

Carmouche said he’s talking to a number of tenants, including coffee shops, a fitness center and a dress shop. “We would love to get a men’s clothing store in here, since we have a couple of women’s clothing stores,” he said. Right now, Willow Grove has about 28,000 square feet of retail space.

The condos will range in price from $229,000 for a one-bedroom to $403,000. There are currently 12 condos in Willow Grove.

Carmouche said he hopes to open the new building in about a year.
